And here is the ‘part two’ of Heidi + Adam! Since their wedding took place only one week after their engagement session, we decided to give them a two-part-post.
Heidi + Adam were married on July 24th, and all morning long it rained and it poured! Their reception was originally to take place in a tent on the family’s property, but the field that had the tent in it was flooded….sooo the reception was moved to a church fellowship hall. Before the ceremony, there was a gap in the rain, and so Heidi + Adam decided to take the opportunity to take photos outside, incase it was raining again after the ceremony. While their original plan was to not see each other before the ceremony, we loved their flexibility with plans, and willingness to make the most of the situation! Their ‘motto’ written on all of their favors was ‘When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!’ … and they truly live that. True optimists willing to make the most of things are rare in this life! Heidi + Adam are totally refreshing to be around as a result.
Months later, Adam is already over seas, but Heidi + Adam get to spend their first married Christmas together in Alaska..! 🙂 🙂
